Our favorite Taco Man, Martin, will be cooking his famous tacos, rice, and beans. We will be raising funds towards the Men’s Retreat next month.
Bring your family, friends, and neighbors and expect to be inspired by unique arrangements of contemporary music and hymns performed by this 45 piece orchestra.
The Praise Symphony, founded in 1977, has been under the direction of Helen Weed since 1984. These 45 musicians come from over 20 churches and communities around Southern California.
You will not be disappointed by this deeply moving and touching worship experience.

The annual Men’s Retreat will again be at Camp Maranatha in the beautiful mountain town of Idyllwild.
Andy Weathers, our mission partner with Wycliffe in West Africa, will be our speaker for the weekend and will share insight on what it means to be a man of God in our world today.
Our Men’s Retreat is a 20+ year tradition and we hope all the men of LHHPC will join us this year for a great weekend of growing closer to one another and our Savior, Jesus Christ.

We will gather in our sanctuary with our brothers and sisters from Community Presbyterian Church of La Mirada for worship. This has become a long-standing tradition and has led to a wonderful friendship and partnership between the two congregations.
A simple candlelight service of traditional Lessons and Carols, Search for the Christ Child. We invite you to join us as we join in retelling the Christmas story using Scripture and Song.
All church family are invited to enjoy a catered dinner provided by Floyd and Diane Alvarado on Wednesday, December 17, at 6pm in the Social Hall. Please bring a wrapped white elephant gift for our fun exchange. Sign up on the patio by December 14. Donations will be accepted and will go to the Deacons Fund.

Join with the Wednesday evening groups as we share Christmas cheer with the neighborhood around LHHPC
We’ll have dinner at 6 pm and then head out for caroling at 6:30. We’ll finish off the evening with hot cocoa and dessert in the Social Hall.
Again this Christmas, we will be sponsoring children from Ministerio Tiempo Nuevo in Rosarita, Mexico. Beginning Sunday, November 23 and on the 30th, you can pick up a card with a child's name and gift requests. Gifts will need to be returned by Sunday, December 7th and will be delivered the next Saturday. Please note: gifts need to be unwrapped and in gift bags customs can see what’s inside.
